Job Summary
Pilot in Command for Challenger 300/350 jets at Jet Linx, based in Dallas, TX. Full-time PIC role requiring extensive flight and PIC experience for Part 91 and 135 operations. Candidate must live within a 2-hour call out time of the home base and meet stringent flight-hour and certification requirements. Obligations include managing duty, flight, and rest times per CFRs, maintaining communication with the Base Chief Pilot, and handling pre- and post-flight reporting. Duties also cover EFB hardware and applications upkeep, ensuring current navigation charts and company manuals, and maintaining a current 1st Class medical certificate. The role requires strong, proactive decision-making and adherence to Jet Linx core values. Must possess or be able to obtain an ATP, current passport, FAA Pilot Record Database access, and be able to travel as required.

- Total Flight Time - 3500 hours
- Total PIC - 2000 hours
- Total PIC in Type – 250
- Multi-Engine – 1000 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC - 500 hours
- Turbine Time – 1000 hours
- Total Turbine PIC - 1000 hours
- Total Instrument - 300 hours
- Total Jet - 1500 hours
- Total Jet PIC - 500 hours
- Current or 1st Class medical certificate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Ability to obtain U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to obtain ATP (ability to obtain ATP)
- FCC Restricted Radio License
- Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries
- Move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Relocation within 2-hour call out time of home base
- Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug/alcohol testing
