Piano Tuner

Piano technician/tuner role involving performing standard tunings, pitch raises, voicing, and regulation, with hands-on repair or replacement of piano parts (strings, hammers, action parts, tuning pins, pedal mechanisms). Role requires following a service schedule and delivering a quality customer service experience, while managing customer expectations. 75% travel to client homes and 25% tuning on-site at three locations (Oakville, Vaughan, Toronto). Requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Certifications: Registered Piano Technician Certification (RPT) or Skilled Trade Certificate preferred; Driver's license and own car required. Schedule includes Saturdays; benefits include a co-op package. Salary range: $65,000–$80,000. Note: duties may evolve over time as the role expands.
