Job Summary
Provide specialized administrative support to a team of Investment Advisors in TD Private Wealth Management. Responsibilities include preparing documentation and updates for client meetings, creating reports for client account analysis, communicating with clients to mentor on products and services, identifying referral opportunities, processing leads and referral codes, submitting and coordinating marketing materials, maintaining client information packages, and ensuring compliance with new and existing account documentation and marketing materials. Deliver a high-level client service experience across phone, mail, and electronic inquiries, adhere to policies, manage risk, and contribute to team performance. The role requires involvement in client engagements, collaboration with branch staff, and ongoing learning and development opportunities; licensing as an Investment Representative with CIRO is required. The position is based in London, Ontario, Canada with in-person duties.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred
- Licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (banking, administrative roles, or related fields)
- Knowledge of wealth management and/or investment products is an asset
- Strong communication skills; ability to build relationships; confidential, independent work
- Ability to prepare documentation, create client reports, and ensure compliance with account documentation and marketing materials
