Job Summary
Responsible for construction management of assigned projects, ensuring the completion of projects on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications. Manages project activities including resource planning, scheduling, cost estimating, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Project/Construction Management and 5-7 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include PMP, DBIA, or LEED certifications. Strong communication and project management competencies are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Project/Construction Management
- 5 - 7 years of construction management experience
- High-level project management process competencies
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, Visio, MS Project
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage contractual commitments of contractors
- High-level knowledge of commercial/contractual complexity and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Certification
- LEED Certification
