Physiotherapists

Physiotherapists sought to join high-performance physiotherapy and sports clinics in Ottawa. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis and developing individualized treatment plans; provide evidence-based treatment and patient education on prevention; monitor and adjust treatment plans; mandatory follow-up call within 48 hours of new assessments; collaborate with staff and other health-care professionals; participate in clinic marketing activities and community outreach to promote the clinics. Qualifications include being a Registered physiotherapist in Ontario (or eligible for registration), professional liability insurance, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for learning, mentorship, and professional growth. Remuneration is offered as an Independent Contractor model with per-visit remuneration (ranging from 45%-50% or 37%-42% per visit depending on qualifications) and quarterly profit-sharing bonus eligibility, along with annual health and education allowances.
