Job Summary
Conduct in-home physiotherapy assessments and treat acute and chronic conditions while focusing on wellness and prevention. Deliver evidence-based treatment including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and active rehab interventions tailored to patient needs. Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and educate patients on home exercise programs and post-operative care. Ensure safety by assessing home environments and adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory documentation standards. Manage caseloads independently using the Therapia platform to coordinate with patients and the administrative team.
Required Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists in the region for which care is provided
- New grads welcome (also accepting physiotherapy residents)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in orthopedic, post-surgical, Pediatric or geriatric physiotherapy
- Flexibility to travel at least 30 minutes to patients' homes
