Job Summary
Deliver participant-centered care for NDIS and Aged Care clients across homes, clinics, and community settings, supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team. Manage a varied caseload while building long-term relationships and seeing progress outcomes. Receive dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and multidisciplinary team support for complex cases and ongoing development. Work with autonomy over your calendar across community, clinic, and work-from-home options. Full General AHPRA registration, driver's license, and minimum of 4 years post-grad experience required.
