Job Summary
Registered Physiotherapist in good standing delivering ministry-funded, community-based physiotherapy services in clients’ homes and via virtual visits. Responsibilities include comprehensive physiotherapy assessments across geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, and palliative care; developing and implementing goal-oriented, evidence-based treatment plans; supervising and monitoring physiotherapy assistants when appropriate; educating clients and caregivers; and maintaining accurate documentation aligned with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario standards. The role offers hybrid caseload management with flexible part-time or full-time opportunities, per-visit compensation, and the potential for autonomous practice within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
- Valid G2 or G driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle for community travel
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within an inter-professional team
- Strong organizational skills, including self-scheduling, prioritization, and meeting reporting deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, and report-writing communication skills
- Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office Suite and proprietary clinical software
