Job Summary
Independent contractor physiotherapist in Uxbridge providing ministry-funded, community-based services in clients' homes and via virtual visits. Manage a hybrid caseload with autonomy to assess and treat in geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, and palliative care; develop goal-oriented treatment plans; supervise physiotherapy assistants when appropriate; educate clients and caregivers; document assessments, care plans, progress, and discharge summaries in line with CPO standards; minimal supervision with collaboration in an inter-professional team. Per-visit compensation with flexible part-time or full-time opportunities and potential annual earnings of approximately $82k-$102k.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
- Valid G2 or G driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle for community travel
