Job Summary
Conduct medical rehabilitation service programs and plans for patient healing and recovery by assessing conditions, determining diagnoses, and selecting appropriate physiotherapy modalities. Perform daily patient assessments, explain procedures and effects, and execute treatment programs including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises while ensuring tool cleanliness and safety standards. Educate patients and families on home care, schedule follow-up sessions, and maintain complete documentation of patient files before, during, and after procedures. Collect operational data and reports to support hospital-wide quality and safety indicators.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) Degree from Occupational Therapy
- Have minimum 1 year work experience as Occupational Therapist
- Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities
- Ability to develop tailored treatment solutions to address complex physical impairments and functional limitations
- Strong skills in assessing patient conditions, diagnosing physical impairments, and developing effective treatment plans
