Physiotherapist - Residential Care

Conduct functional assessments, deliver rehabilitation programs, and support falls prevention for older residents in residential aged care. Provide education to residents and care staff while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists and allied health assistants. Focus on a reablement approach to help individuals maintain independence, mobility, and quality of life.
