Job Summary
Plan, implement, and evaluate physiotherapy treatment programs for adult inpatients in acute wards, rehabilitation units, and day rehabilitation, while also providing services in the outpatient clinic. Deliver high-standard, customer-focused care to a broad clinical caseload across these diverse work areas. Maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate within the multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent with AHPRA registration
- The ability to apply clinical reasoning, sound judgement and complex decision making at an advanced level of practice
- The ability to devise and evaluate evidence-based practice within assessment and treatment protocols
- Open to candidates with 1-5 years clinical experience (hospital, outpatient, or community)
- Demonstrated effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated high level time management and ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload
- Previous experience working in an acute or rehabilitation hospital setting
- Applicants must be flexible, team oriented and prepared to hit the ground running
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
