Provide individualized physical therapy including assessment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize patients' functional goals in a skilled nursing setting; collaborate with other health professionals and staff; supervise support personnel; ensure adherence to standards of care, infection control, HIPAA, and resident rights; requires APPTA-program graduate and active Colorado PT license; minimum one year PT aide experience; opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program
- Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
- At least one year of experience as a physical therapy aide
