Physiotherapist - Neurology, Stroke and Oncology Rehab Programs - Regular part-time - 2026-17002

Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide patient/family education for stroke and oncology rehabilitation patients in preparation for community discharge. Evaluate progress, identify needs for supplementary assessments or referrals, and actively participate in interprofessional team activities including meetings, clinical rounds, and quality improvement initiatives. Assign tasks to Physiotherapist Assistants and volunteers under indirect supervision while participating in the clinical teaching and supervision of PT and PTA students. Requires current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, minimum one year of clinical experience in stroke/neurological rehabilitation, and excellent communication skills. French speaking at an intermediate level is preferred.
