Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evidence-based rehabilitation programs within patients' homes, supporting recovery from elective orthopaedic surgery and acute private hospital admissions. Develop personalised treatment plans that maximise mobility and independence, utilising virtual care and digital health technologies to enhance continuity. Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to optimise outcomes and support early supported discharge initiatives. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement activities. This role requires current AHPRA registration, three years of post-graduate experience, and a valid Australian driver's licence. Applications close 29 August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
- Minimum three (3) years' post-graduate physiotherapy experience
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Access to a reliable motor vehicle
