Physiotherapist needed in a busy GP clinic in Rockhampton, Australia to build a sustainable caseload from day one. Credentialed physiotherapist with strong communication skills; collaborate with GPs and Practice Nurses; operate within a multidisciplinary medical centre with strong referral flow and CCM program referrals. Responsibilities include managing GP Management Plans/Care Plans, Workers Compensation, private patients, and Occupational Health.
