Job Summary
Support NDIS participants across homes, clinics, and community settings in the Prospect office, managing a varied caseload allocated through referrals. Work within a multidisciplinary team of 14 clinicians, including occupational therapists and speech pathologists, to build long-term relationships and track client progress. Receive dedicated 1:1 supervision and monthly group supervision to manage complex cases and support ongoing professional development. Maintain full AHPRA registration and a valid driver's license with a personal vehicle for site access.
Required Qualifications
- Full AHPRA registration
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- At least 1 year post grad experience
