Evaluate physical and functional capacities of users, establish rehabilitation goals, and implement treatment plans to promote recovery, autonomy, and physical maintenance. Deliver adapted physiotherapy treatments, ensure clinical follow-up with intervention adjustments, and counsel users and their families. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and document all interventions in the clinical file. Requires recent relevant experience, current professional order membership, and mandatory French/English bilingualism for the Chisasibi mandate.
