Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based physiotherapy for MSK, orthopedic, and sports patients, transitioning them from structured assessments to active training in Kieser studios. Explain treatment plans clearly, motivate patients toward self-management, and collaborate closely with studio teams to ensure a seamless shift to independent exercise. Work autonomously within a modern practice featuring four treatment rooms and functional equipment, while actively shaping new processes and contributing ideas to the developing Berlin location. Manage both statutory and private insurance cases, setting realistic goals and reflecting on progress with the team and patients.
Required Qualifications
- Eine anerkannte Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut (m/w/d)
- MT Fortbildung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
- Eine offene, empathische Art und die Fähigkeit, klar und lösungsorientiert zu kommunizieren
- Verantwortung & Expertise: Du handelst zuverlässig, bringst Deine Erfahrungen gezielt ein, nutzt evidenzbasierte Methoden und gehst Aufgaben engagiert und lösungsorientiert an
- Interesse an evidenzbasierter Physiotherapie und der Verbindung mit gezieltem Krafttraining
Desired Qualifications
- Eine KGG-Fortbildung
- Weitere Sprachen wie Englisch oder Französisch
- Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit echter Freude an einer interdisziplinären Teamarbeit
- Die Motivation, Menschen aktiv zu begleiten, sie zu stärken und langfristig zu befähigen
