Create and implement individual therapy plans to promote the holistic health and well-being of customers across locations in Wichlinghausen, Cronenberg, or Ronsdorf. Collaborate with personal trainers, sports therapists, and nutritionists to develop innovative fitness and health approaches that ensure studios remain places of recovery. Maintain continuous professional development to expand expertise and support patients on their health journey within a team characterized by flat hierarchies and a strong sense of community.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Physiotherapie
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung individueller Therapiepläne
- Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit Personal Trainern und Ernährungsberatern
- Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie im Umgang mit Patienten
- Fortbildungsbereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Erweiterung des Fachwissens
