Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to supervise SMEs, manage workloads, and coordinate content delivery between Product, Design, and Development. Oversee the full lifecycle of virtual and 3D physics laboratory experiments, translating pedagogical needs into actionable tasks while ensuring scientific accuracy and WCAG accessibility compliance. Review UI/UX flows and assets to maintain educational quality, then support strategic partnerships, client onboarding, and stakeholder presentations. Collaborate with academic advisors to validate content standards and track adoption metrics for institutional clients.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Physiology, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related discipline
- Experience in subject matter expert work, educational content development, or digital learning products
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, Development, or platform teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple subject areas or with SME teams across different domains is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira or YouTrack
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive learning design
