Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to create scientific content for interactive virtual and 3D physics laboratories, transforming traditional experiments into engaging digital experiences. Supervise SMEs, manage workloads, and act as the primary bridge between Product, Design, Development, and QA to ensure scientific accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness. Oversee experiment design, review assets and learning flows for WCAG compliance, and translate subject needs into actionable tasks across the full content lifecycle. Contribute to research proposals, presales activities, and client engagements while delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Physiology, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related discipline
- Experience in subject matter expert work, educational content development, or digital learning products
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, Development, or platform teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple subject areas or with SME teams across different domains is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira or YouTrack
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive learning design
