Job Summary
Study, develop and deploy system integration for production machines and equipment. Database programming to support data automation for production with VB, MySQL language, web engineering, artificial intelligence, data analytics and visualization. Interact with cross-functional groups of engineers, execute projects, and provide support to production machines. Lean digital transformation (LDT) – test equipment LabView connectivity to Cumulus/Microsoft Power BI via API plugins, Power Apps, Microsoft AI Builder and Copilot. Lean – Collect data and facts for identifying wastes to drive lean improvement (eliminate non-value add process). Establish an electronic files archiving system and go paperless for documentation. Partner with various teams – performing tests to ensure data accuracy and technical correctness. Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 application.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, photonis, physics or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good team player
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and system
- Ability to design and implement efficient production processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management and budgeting
