Physicians Overland - Primary Care Physician

Conduct outpatient primary care for seniors in newly built, state-of-the-art centers, focusing on small panel sizes to build relationships and address medical and social needs. Manage care for patients with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and medically underserved populations while collaborating with a supportive care team. Deliver high-quality, comprehensive care driven by quality metrics rather than service volume, utilizing a cloud-based electronic health record. Requires an active, non-probationary state medical license and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
