Job Summary
Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment by completing and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments while monitoring patients during procedures. Assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure all required patient assessment and care planning activities are met. Administer medications according to physician orders and complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles. Adhere to all company policies, state, and federal regulations under the supervision of a Charge Nurse. Participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings. Work under the direction of the Administrator to meet center staffing requirements per state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assisting and supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs)
