Job Summary
Full-time Family Practice Physician Assistant to join a physician-owned practice in Glenwood Springs. You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations and design/implement individualized treatment plans within family medicine, contributing to a collaborative care team. Candidates should be a graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program, hold NCCPA certification, possess an active Colorado PA license and DEA registration, and maintain BLS (ACLS often preferred). The role emphasizes patient care, professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to flexible hours to meet patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current NCCPA certification (PA-C)
- Colorado state PA license (Active and unrestricted) issued by the Colorado Medical Board
- Prescriptive authority with DEA registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) often preferred
