Job Summary
Physician to collaborate with Nurse Practitioners in our Primary Care Department, serving the Georgia and South Carolina areas. Responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a home-based setting, building strong community relationships, and supporting patients by addressing clinical and ancillary needs. Requires an active MD license in GA or SC, exceptional communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a close-knit team dedicated to improving outcomes and delivering compassionate, comprehensive care.
Required Qualifications
- Active MD license in the state of GA and or SC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
