Job Summary
Physician needed to serve the Georgia and South Carolina areas as the collaborating physician for nurse practitioners in the Primary Care Department. Must hold an active MD license in GA and/or SC. Responsibilities include delivering patient care, supporting NP-colleague practice, and building community relationships to ensure high-quality home-based care for patients and families. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure to deliver exceptional care in a community-focused setting.
