Job Summary
Seeking a Physician specialized in Interventional Radiology to provide direct patient care for chronic venous disease, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment management. Must have MD or DO degree, complete residency in Orthopedic Surgery, be board certified, and possess necessary medical licenses and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Orthopedic Surgery
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Valid medical license to practice in Arizona
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in managing chronic venous disease
- Experience in training medical fellows and residents
- Familiarity with departmental policies and quality improvement objectives
- Proven ability to develop and present educational programs
