Job Summary
The Physician Urologist role at St. Charles Health System involves providing medical, surgical, and postoperative care related to the urinary reproductive tract. Responsibilities include examining and diagnosing patients, performing various procedures and surgeries, and prescribing medications. The position requires participation in Urology call with a ratio of no more than 1:4. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited medical school, completed an accredited residency and fellowship in Urology, and have board certification or eligibility. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Record systems are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Successful completion of an accredited residency followed by a fellowship program in Urology
- Board certification/eligibility in Urology
- Maintain unrestricted DEA number
- Maintain unrestricted ability to participate in Medicare/Medicaid

- Current employment in mixed hospital and clinic urology practice with >2 years of experience
