Job Summary
Board-Certified physician in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care to serve as clinical leader, supervising provider, and mentor for APPs; perform comprehensive evaluations, treat acute illnesses and injuries, order and interpret diagnostics, perform urgent care procedures, prescribe treatment plans, ensure HIPAA/OSHA-compliant documentation, and lead clinic operations and quality initiatives in a collaborative, patient-centered urgent care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified by ABEM, ABFM, ABIM or other relevant specialty board
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Eligible and willing to serve as a Registered Supervising Physician in accordance with state requirements
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
