Conduct tele-urgent care services for patients across the country as a board eligible or certified physician. Maintain clinical autonomy within a 100% physician-owned partnership model that includes profit distributions and equity ownership. Hold a current Washington state license as a plus while leveraging support from 9,000 clinicians nationwide. Work remotely from one of 900 practices serving 14.5+ million patients annually. Compensation ranges from $275,000 to $900,000 annually, prorated for part-time roles, with additional benefits including dental, vision, HSA, and K-1 tax advantages.
