Manage clinical volume and schedule flexibility to deliver care where and how patients need it, supported by a network of 9,000 clinicians and best-in-class corporate healthcare teams. Board eligibility or certification is required, with a current Washington state license preferred. Compensation ranges from $275,000 to $900,000 annually, including profit distributions and equity ownership, with total pay varying by site, specialty, and experience.
