Job Summary
Provide evidence-based primary care to cisgender and transgender youth and adults across the lifespan, including gender affirming hormone therapy and pubertal suppression. Join an interdisciplinary team of four family medicine practitioners and three mental health providers to participate in weekly rounds, team meetings, and grant implementation efforts. Dedicate half a day weekly to self-study while engaging in initiatives to ensure diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice in healthcare through cultural responsiveness. Serve over 1,800 transgender youth and adults within this established rural center that has offered specialized gender wellness services since 2007.
Required Qualifications
- NYS certification/Licensure as MD/DO
- BLS Certification Required
- DEA Required
