Job Summary
Conduct advanced surgical care for patients with complex neurological disorders through Deep Brain Stimulation and advanced neuromodulation therapies. Collaborate closely with movement disorders specialists, epilepsy neurologists, and multidisciplinary neuroscience teams to deliver comprehensive treatment. Lead the development and growth of a premier Functional Neurosurgery program within Banner's expanding service line while overseeing resident and medical student teaching. Engage in clinical research and innovation to advance innovative treatment approaches across Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Fellowship training in Functional Neurosurgery
- Arizona medical license or eligibility for licensure
