Job Summary
Join Banner Churchill Community Hospital as a General Surgeon in Fallon, NV. Full-spectrum general surgery including endoscopy and colonoscopy (65% endoscopy, 35% general surgery), with a Surgicalist model offering 7 days on/7 days off and call included during on-call weeks. Earn competitive compensation with base salary plus wRVU incentives, loan repayment assistance, paid malpractice with tail, CME allowance, and relocation/sign-on support. Dedicated operating resources (3 ORs, First Assist) and a strong referral base; potential outreach to the Fernley clinic. Collaborative environment within Banner Health, with opportunities for academic medicine, research, and leadership paths. Clinic hours are 9 AM–4 PM. Small-town rural setting with access to Reno/Lake Tahoe and extensive outdoor recreation.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- 3 years General Surgery experience preferred
- Recent endoscopy experience required
- BC/BE in General Surgery
