Job Summary
Conduct outpatient clinic coverage one day per week with PA support and manage inpatient surgical cases as a Board Certified/Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon. Operate under a 2:1 call rotation with a 26-week schedule including two weeks off per year. Earn a competitive base salary plus production incentives tied to wRVU and quality metrics, supplemented by paid malpractice with tail, CME allowance, and sign-on bonus.
