Physician-Surgery: Bariatric

Collaborate with the Director of Bariatric Surgery and Family Medicine Chair to provide optimal care for patients with obesity through both surgical and non-surgical weight-management options. Foster strong relationships across Departments of Surgery and Family Medicine while supporting the development and maintenance of BUMCT's Bariatric Surgery and Obesity Medicine services. Manage patients preparing for or post-bariatric surgery, pursue education, training, and clinical research opportunities, and engage in continuous quality improvement to identify program growth. Increase community awareness of bariatric and obesity medicine programs while working collegially with faculty, staff, and administrative teams.
