Job Summary
Monitor donor eligibility and safety by performing health screenings and physical exams, while responding to donor reactions and providing care as needed. Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight, ensuring exam rooms remain clean, stocked, and compliant. Work collaboratively with all center staff to create a positive environment. Beyond core duties, you will be fully cross-trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation. This role requires at least 18 years of age, current BLS or CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. You must be able to work weekends regularly or as needed. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- Certified/licensed in the state of employment as a Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Licensed Practical Nurse, Advanced/Intermediate or Basic Emergency Medical Technician
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed
