Job Summary
Physician Student Support Auditor is a part-time, remote back-office quality role for evaluating and auditing the delivery of student services. The auditor reviews recorded interactions, advising sessions, tutoring, and support activities to ensure adherence to standards, identifies trends and quality gaps, prepares audit reports, maintains evaluation records, and collaborates with leadership on continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have a medical background (MD or DO) and are comfortable working independently in a quality assurance/administrative capacity; familiarity with AMCAS/ERAS is preferred and Google Workspace, Zoom proficiency is expected. The role does not involve direct advising, tutoring, coaching, or student interactions beyond audit activities.
Required Qualifications
- Medical school students encouraged to apply
- Clinical training strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate processes objectively
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, education, or process improvement is a plus
- Familiarity with the medical school admissions or residency application process (e.g., AMCAS, ERAS) preferred
