Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting by diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists, care coordinators, and advanced practice providers to support preventative care, population health, and chronic disease management initiatives. Contribute to the growth and development of community-based service lines while maintaining a strong commitment to access, quality, and patient experience. Uphold Novant Health's principles of safety and care delivery within a premier Community Health & Wellness Institute focused on Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort markets.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Fellowship training (for applicable specialties)
- Board certified or board eligible in respective specialty
- Current MD/DO license (or eligibility) in South Carolina
- DEA license
- Interest in community-based practice and program growth
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
