Job Summary
Physician opportunity focused on leading wound care initiatives within Skilled Nursing Facilities across Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties in Central Florida. The role offers a true M-F schedule with no nights, weekends, or pagers, enabling clinicians to maintain a balanced Florida lifestyle. Independent contractor status with compensation structure including per-patient and per-procedure pay plus quarterly bonuses. Opportunities to apply advanced wound healing techniques (surgical debridement, advanced dressings, and bedside procedures) within post-acute settings, while regaining clinical sovereignty and autonomy. The role emphasizes autonomy in clinical direction, streamlined documentation with mobile software, and 36 hours of company-provided CME/training. Requirements include MD/DO, Florida license (or eligibility), DEA license (or eligibility), and open background; prior wound care experience is not required as training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Clear/Unrestricted Florida Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one)
- DEA License (or eligibility to obtain one)
