Conduct surgical debridement, advanced dressing applications, and specialized wound protocols across Skilled Nursing Facilities in Rhinebeck and surrounding Dutchess County communities. Manage collaborative care within the post-acute setting while utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing to improve patient outcomes. The role includes per-patient and per-procedure pay with quarterly bonuses, offering average annual earnings of $250,000 to $300,000 with no cap for high achievers. Requirements include an MD or DO degree, a clear New York medical license, DEA registration, and completed residency. This position offers clinical autonomy without nights, weekends, or on-call duties, featuring efficient routing and custom software to minimize administrative fatigue. Candidates will receive 36 hours of company-provided CME and training to bridge gaps between their specialty and wound care.
