Job Summary

Develop and conduct a laboratory translational research program in collaboration with established basic, clinical, and translational scientists, focusing on novel cell-based and immune therapies including CAR-T, NK, vaccine, and gene therapies. Lead the development and implementation of autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation and transplant immunology while translating research into clinical applications. Oversee graduate students, research fellows, residents, and mid-level providers during laboratory, ambulatory, and inpatient activities. Join the Division of Transplant/Cell Therapy as a faculty physician-scientist at Loma Linda University Health, a fully FACT-accredited program offering dedicated laboratory space and a generous start-up package.

Required Qualifications

  • MD (or foreign equivalent)
  • completion of fellowships in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
  • Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Medical Oncology board eligible or certified
  • completion of fellowships in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology or Immunology
  • Pediatrics, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, or Immunology board eligible or certified

Desired Qualifications

  • TCT fellowship (or equivalent experience)
