Job Summary
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered Family Medicine care to infants, children, adults, and elderly patients in a rural hospital setting. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; perform routine physicals, wellness visits, immunizations, preventive screenings, and health education. Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and heart disease; collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team; maintain accurate records in EPIC; participate in community outreach and ensure adherence to hospital policies and ethical standards. Requires MD or DO with Minnesota medical license, CPR/ACLS, and Family Medicine board eligibility or certification; flexible, full-time 1.0 FTE with relocation assistance negotiable and CME/licensure reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine (or equivalent)
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Minnesota
- CPR and ACLS certification (or willing to obtain)
