Physician - Salary

Provide primary medical care to Sea Mar patients as part of a care team, collaborating with staff to deliver team-based, patient-centered services. Duties include organizing and directing preventive health programs (immunization, disease detection and prevention), educating patients and community groups, and coordinating with the Medical Director and Health Center Administrator to improve patient care. The physician may refer patients to specialists, supervise nursing and other staff, and ensure licensure and prescriptive authority requirements are met. Preferred bilingual ability in English and Spanish to serve diverse communities.
