Job Summary
Rheumatologist needed to join a nationally recognized health system in Billings, MT. Practice at the St. Vincent Regional Hospital campus with an established clinic and onsite infusion center. Work with a supportive team including a dedicated pharmacist and nurse for prior authorization. Mentorship from an experienced Rheumatologist; participate in ongoing clinical care and patient experience improvements. Typical schedule is Monday–Thursday with 10-hour days and two half-days on Friday each month. Requires MD or DO, residency in Internal Medicine, rheumatology board certification or eligibility, Montana license/DEA, credentialing, and willingness to be considered for visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis. The role supports comprehensive benefits including relocation assistance up to $20,000, a starting bonus of $25,000, student loan assistance up to $100,000, and CME allowance.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Internal Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
- Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
