Job Summary
Rheumatologist sought to deliver high-quality rheumatology care for adult patients at M Health Fairview Clinic — Elk River and Princeton, including joint injections. Clinics have on-site laboratories and imaging capabilities. Responsibilities include seeing 12-16 patients per day with minimal telephone call, leveraging an established referral base, and utilizing EPIC EMR. Qualifications include a completed Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship, Board Eligible or Board Certified, Minnesota licensure (or ability to obtain), and DEA certification. Located in Elk River and Princeton, MN with integrated system support and access to primary/subspecialty referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship training program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
