Job Summary
Board-certified/eligible Rheumatologist sought to join MercyOne Genesis Silvis Rheumatology in Silvis, IL. Full-time physician employed position with autonomy to build the practice within a physician-led group. Competitive compensation with a two-year guaranteed $330k, then transition to a wRVU model, relocation allowance up to $15,000, and additional benefits including PTO, CME, holidays, and malpractice coverage. Leadership opportunity and flexible scheduling in a cohesive team environment, with infusion center access. Call coverage 1:3. Qualifications include MD or DO, BE/BC in Rheumatology, IL license eligibility, and ability to work in the United States (J1/H1B welcome). Location: Quad Cities region (Silvis, IL and Rock Island, IL).
