Physician Resident Family Medicine

Outpatient Family Medicine physician resident sought to join a new primary care construction-site at Warsaw Center Lake in Warsaw, IN. Office hours 8am–5pm with ~36 patient contact hours weekly and ~4 hours of admin time. Very light call with a 1:6 schedule; opportunity for leadership involvement. Team will be located at the new site co-located with walk-in clinic operations, with on-site lab and X-ray; future team will comprise ~4 primary care providers.
